The UFC on Fox event from Stockholm, Sweden on January 14, 2015, has added a fight in the featherweight division as Sweden’s own Akira Corassani will be facing Sam Sicilia.
The 32 year old Corassani is looking to bounce back from back to back TKO losses inside the Octagon to Max Halloway (UFC Fight Night: Nelson vs. Story in October of 2014) and Dustin Poirier (TUF Nations Finale: Bisping vs, Kennedy in April 2014). Corassani is currently 3-2 with the UFC (12-5 with 1 no contest overall).
28 year old Sicilia is also looking to get off the losing track as he lost to Katsunori Kikuno via TKO (UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Nelson in September of 2014). Sicilia is currently 3-4 in the UFC (13-5 overall).
