On Saturday, 21st of October the UFC comes to the Ergo Arena in Gdansk, Poland for UFC Fight Night 118. The card’s main event will see Liverpool’s own Darren Till get a major step up in competition as he is thrust into the main event spotlight against UFC veteran and fan favourite Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone. Cerrone, who impressively started 4-0 after moving to welterweight, is looking to get back on track after back to back losses to Robbie Lawler and Jorge Masvidal.
Poland natives Karolina Kowalkiewicz and Jan Błachowicz will both have the crowd on their side as they also look to bounce back from two losses each. They fight Jodie Esquibel and Devin Clark respectively. And Gdansk’s Oskar Piechota will be making his UFC debut in his hometown as he tries to maintain his unbeaten professional record of (9-0-1) against California’s Jonathan Wilson, returning after a one year layoff.
