Werdum will face Marcin Tybura, the #8 ranked Polish heavyweight, in Sydney off the back of a recent armbar submission win against Walt Harris.
Tybura is fighting off the back of his unanimous decision win against Andrei Arlovski and is known for his lethal submissions and clinical ground and pound.
Fans will also see two australian women flyweights, Bec ‘Rowdy’ Rowlings and Jessica-Rose Clark, battle it out in their home country.
The event will further host Tim Means return to the octagon, against Belal Muhammed, and the exciting middleweight match up of Elias ‘The Spartan’ against Daniel Kelly.
