Belfort v Bisping 2 in the works

It is being reported that the UFC are looking at booking the Vitor Belfort v Michael Bisping rematch for its London card in March, in what would be a double retirement fight.

Belfort was supposed to fight Uriah Hall, but the fight was scratched due to Hall’s weight cut complications, the match was supposed to be the last ever fight for Belfort. Michael Bisping has already said he wants on the London card, and that would be the final fight of his MMA career.

So if the reports are true, the fight would tick all the boxes, especially for Bisping.

Vitor beat Bisping in 2013, when the Brit was on the verge of a long awaited shot at the UFC Middleweight title, in losing, Bisping suffered permanent damage to his right eye.

Bisping 30-9, would hope to get revenge on Belfort and go out on a win, he is currently riding a 2 fight losing skid, while Belfort would also hope to go out with a victory and repeat his win over Bisping.

I said after Bisping lost his UFC title to GSP that Belfort would be the ideal farewell opponent for Bisping, my opinion has not changed.
