The White Bronco featuring UFC fighter Justin Ledet

Sometimes it takes a total reinvention from a fighter in order to have success in the UFC.

In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a blazing bronco whose freakish athleticism and versatility look to serve him well in the energized light heavyweight division heading into 2019.

A professional since October 2010 and representing Gracie Barra Texas, Justin Ledet owns a 9-1-1 record in 10 career bouts as a professional comprised of five submissions, two knockouts two decisions and one no contest.

Prior to making his UFC debut in 2016, Ledet competed for various promotions including Legacy FC.

In his tenure with the UFC thus far he has earned one Performance of the Night bonus.

In his MMA debut at International Xtreme Fight Association, he submitted Josh Foster via leg triangle in the third round.

Then Ledet defeated Jason Sullivan via TKO in the first round. He tapped out his next two opponents in Alexander Pappas and Issac Villanueva in round three via armbar.

At IXFA 8 Delta Downs Ledet defeated Jordan Clissold via TKO in round one.

He tapped out Jon Hill in the first round at Rage in the Cage OKC 44.

In his debut outing with the UFC at UFN 92 in Salt Lake City Utah, Ledet defeated Chase Sherman via unanimous decision.

For his second UFC outing at Fight Night 99 which also marked his debut on international soil, he submitted Mark Godbeer via rear naked choke in round one to earn his fifth submission victory as a professional.

The win also earned Ledet his first Performance of the Night bonus.

In his third appearance with the UFC at Fight Night 116, Ledet defeated Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series season one alumni Azunna Anyanwu and defeated him via split decision.

Having secured a finish in seven of his nine professional victories this lone star bronco will look to hit the ground running in 2019!
