Throwing the Heat featuring Peter Petties and Everett Sims

A fighters station is often raised when he catches the eye of up and coming promotions after he appears on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series.

In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet two fire starters from season one of the show looking to crank the heat to scorching levels in 2019.

Peter Petties

A professional since December 2014 and representing Team Loyd Irwin, Peter Petties owns a 7-4-1 record in 11 career bouts as a professional comprised of four decisions, three knockouts and one no contest.

Petties appeared on week five of season one of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2017 and has also competed for various promotions including Titan Fighting Championship.

In his MMA debut at Global Proving Ground Christmas in the Cage, he defeated Tim Dooling via unanimous decision.

Petties defeated Brandon Pennington via TKO in the second round.

Then in his debut appearance with Titan Fighting Championship at Titan FC 35, he knocked out Jacob Ikaika Tampos in round one.

Petties also knocked out Rodney Jordan in the third round at Shogun Fights 15.

He defeated Johnathan Pearce via unanimous decision at Shogun Fights 16.

At Shogun Fights 18, Petties defeated Robert Sullivan via unanimous decision.

In his debut outing with King of the Cage at KOTC New Frontier, he defeated Jordan Morales via unanimous decision.

When the cage door closes, there is no joking around when Petties cranks the heat up!

Everett Sims

A professional since October 2014 and representing American Top Team, Everett Sims owns a 4-1 record in five career bouts as a professional comprised of three knockouts and one submission.

Sims appeared on week five of season one of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2017.

In his MMA debut, he submitted Frank Tate in the first round via rear naked choke.

Sims defeated his next two opponents via knockout in John Calloway and Jeremy Shifflett.

He defeated Tate a second time via TKO in the first round at Fight Time 36.

With a 75% knockout rate, Sims is always on the hunt while throwing some serious heat!
