Across The Pond Profile: Invicta FC fighter Kay Hansen

What appeals to people of both sexes about Invicta Fighting Championships is the sheer thrill of witnessing two fighters go for broke and lay everything they have on the line. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a sharp-clawed strawweight eagle whose never hunger to try new things and thirst to soak up as much knowledge as humanly possible has her ready to take the next step in professional evolution and reach new levels of emboldened danger at just 20 years of age and in turn take Invicta Fighting Championships to new heights of success for female pro MMA fighters. A professional since December 2017 and representing 10th Planet Fullerton, Kay Hansen owns a 5-3 record in eight career bouts as a professional comprised of three submissions and two knockouts. Hansen has spent the majority of her professional tenure with Invicta Fighting Championships and has finished all five of her wins thus far in her professional career.

In her MMA debut at Invicta FC 26, she faced Emilee Prince and submitted her in the first round via armbar. Hansen also defeated Gabby Romero at California Cage Wars 7 Outdoor Supershow via TKO in round three. Then at Invicta FC 31, she defeated Helen Peralta via TKO in the third round. Hansen tapped out Sharon Jacobson in the third round via armbar at Invicta FC 33.

in her next appearance with Invicta Fighting Championships at Invicta FC 37, she faced Brazilian knockout artist Nicolle Calliari and went on to tap her out in round three. The win also earned Hansen the third submission victory of her professional career. With youth and an impressive set of skills to match that brings together a whole host of techniques, the Invicta Fighting Championships strawweight ranks could be ushering in a changing of the guard when the new year begins!
