In terms of being the top dog in European MMA, Cage Warriors continues to receive top billing. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a galloping stallion whose thunderous hooves have Cage Warriors lightweight ranks sparked by a jolt of electric rhythm. A professional mixed martial artist since November 2017 and representing The Dungeon, Kieran Lister owns an undefeated 7-0-1 record as a professional comprised of five knockouts, two decisions, and a draw. Lister fought for Almighty Fighting Championship prior to debuting with Cage Warriors in September 2020 at Cage Warriors 116. He has finished five of his seven victories in his career thus far as a pro-MMA fighter and is currently 1-0 under the banner of Cage Warriors and has only been to the scorecards once during his time as a professional mixed martial artist so far.

In his MMA debut at Almighty Fighting Championship 7, he defeated Jay Moogan via unanimous decision. Lister defeated Robert Nystrom via TKO in the second round at Almighty Fighting Championship 8. Then at Almighty Fighting Championship 10, he knocked out Simeon Otley in round one. Lister knocked out Dave McLaughlin in the first round at Bellator Newcastle. At Combat Challenge 25, he defeated Andy Nunn via TKO in round one. Lister defeated Johnny Brocklesby via TKO in the second round at Almighty Fighting Championship 16 to pick up his fifth knockout win as a professional.

For his promotional debut outing with Cage Warriors 116 on night three of the Cage Warriors trilogy, he defeated Tom Mearns via unanimous decision. The win earned Lister the first decision victory of his professional career along with win number one under the banner of Cage Warriors. Undefeated with five finishes in seven wins, be prepared for a night in the slammer if this hound catches the scent of fear if an opponent happens to make an escape!
