Budo Fighting Championship Announce First Show for 2021

Budo Fighting Championship announced their first show this morning for 2021. It will be a co-promotion with Xtreme Kombat at the Hoops Basketball Centre in Barrow-in-Furness on the 27th of March 2021.

The news was announced this morning on the Budo Facebook page

With 2021 upon us, we’re hoping it will bring a fresh start.

There appears to have been big advances in medicine and vaccines are beginning to roll out this week. The virus has once again begun to hit the downward trend and the country has reverted back to local restrictions. In a bid to get the sports industry back up and running, the Government have made certain amendments allowing sporting events to return to our towns and cities which aren’t in Tier 3.

With that said it gives us great pleasure in announcing our first confirmed date for 2021, a co-promotion between two of the best and longest running shows in the UK, Budo Fighting Championships and Xtreme Kombat.

Budo 44 x XK 14 will go down as per the poster at the Hoops Basketball Centre in Barrow-In-Furness on the 27th March 2021.

We will now be taking names for MMA, Boxing and Kickboxing. Whilst we try to give preference to the MMA side of things, we appreciate that all combat sports has been hit over the last 10 months, so if you want to fight, we will do our best to match you. Just send us your information.

Obviously, due to the coronavirus being a global thing and not just a UK one, we will not be entertaining any travellers for this event. This will be solely for UK based fighters.
