Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Joshua Silveira

The MMA scene has always served as a stage for the strengthing of family bonds. in today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a snake of the searing heat putting a suffocating squeeze on LFA’S ranks at light heavyweight like a jackhammer drilling deep beneath the earth. A professional mixed martial artist since August 2019 and representing American Top Team, Joshua Silveira owns an undefeated 4-0 professional record comprised of three submissions and one knockout. Silvera for several promotions including Titan Fighting Championship prior to making his LFA debut in October 2020 at LFA 93. He has finished 100 percent of his victories over the course of his journey as a pro-MMA fighter with three-first round finishes thus far. Silvera is currently 2-0 under the LFA banner with back to back tap outs under his belt. Silvera has yet to make it onto the scorecards during his time in the professional ranks so far. The majority of his wins during his pro career have come before the close of the opening round.

In his MMA debut at Titan FC 56, he faced Joshua Marsh and went on to submit him via rear-naked choke in the first round. Silvera knocked out Cody Rolling in round one at SFT 23. Then in his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 93, he submitted Fernando Alvarado in the third round via arm-triangle choke to secure his first win under the LFA banner.

For his next appearance under the LFA banner at LFA 98. Silvera tapped out Matthew Paul via rear-naked choke in the first round. The victory earned Silvera the third submission win of his professional career. He also picked up his second win in a row under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance in the process. With a finish rate of 100 percent, the sting of this swamp serpent possesses some serious venom behind it!
