BRAVE Combat Federation officials have confirmed that the winner of Luan Santiago and Benoit St. Denis will get a title shot against divisional king Eldar Eldarov. The fight was bumped up to the main event of BRAVE CF 49: Super Fights after Sean Santella was injured and forced to pull out from the scheduled main fight against Jose Torres.

Luan Santiago has been with BRAVE CF since March of 2017, when he burst onto the international scene at BRAVE CF 3, in his adopted hometown of Curitiba, Brazil. Since then, he has amassed an impressive 5-2 records with the organization, becoming a world Lightweight champion in the process.

However, after losing his belt to long-time rival Cleiton ‘’Predator’’, Santiago took advantage of BRAVE CF’s opening of the Super-Lightweight division to test the waters in a new weight-class. After beating Gadzhimusa Gaziev in his 165-pound debut, the Brazilian will now have the opportunity to land a title shot in another division.

But he will have to go through Benoit St. Denis to get to Eldarov. ‘’The God of War’’ is the definition of a phenom. He has only been training for four years and has already amassed a 6-0-0, 1 NC record, including two outstanding victories for BRAVE Combat Federation.

He was especially impressive in his latest outing, when he dismantled tough Mario Saaed, en route to a second-round knockout at BRAVE CF 38.

BRAVE CF 49: Super Fights is the third of four events to take place in the Kombat Kingdom during the 21 Days of Madness. The groundbreaking show will happen once again at the historical Arad Fort, in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on March 25th.

BRAVE CF 49: Super Fights will be available live and free worldwide on bravecftv.com, starting at 5.30 PM, Bahrain time (GMT+3).
