Women’s MMA has become so much more than playing second fiddle on a less than even playing field. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a tornado of the Delta ready to carve a path of twisted destruction as one of Mississippi’s top dealers of danger. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2019 and representing Relentless Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness, Hannah Guy holds a 3-1 record through four professional bouts comprised of two submissions and one decision. Guy has fought for several promotions over the course of her time in the professional MMA ranks including Bellator MMA. She has also fought for Summit Fighting Championships, a regional MMA promotion based in her home state of Mississippi. She has finished two out of her three victories during her career as a pro-MMA fighter thus far. Guy has gone to the scorecards a single time during her time in the professional MMA ranks, sweeping the scorecards across the board in that instance. Both of Guy’s finishes during her pro career have come within the second round.

In her professional MMA debut at Summit Fighting Championships 31. She faced Jennifer Clausius and went on to submit her in the second round via armbar. Guy also tapped out Vanessa Marie Grimes via rear-naked choke in the second round to pick up her second submission win as a professional along with back to back wins with Summit Fighting Championships.

Then in her promotional debut with Bellator MMA at Bellator 259, she defeated Valerie Lourada via unanimous decision. The victory earned Guy the first decision win of her professional career. She also picked up victory number one under the banner of Bellator MMA in the process. Standing at 3-1 with two finishes under her belt, this forceful tornado is blowing away the competition with the fury and force of mother nature!
