A professional mixed martial artist since May 2021 and representing Fight Ready, Ray Waters owns an undefeated 2-0 professional record comprised of one submission and one knockout. Waters is currently 2-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance, with two finishes under his belt for the promotion. Both of his finishes during his career thus far as a pro-MMA fighter have come within the first round, with times of one minute and two seconds and four minutes and 43 seconds respectively. Waters has yet to go to the scorecards at any point during his time in the professional ranks so far. He has finished 100 percent of his victories throughout his journey so far as a professional mixed martial artist and has spent his entire career with Legacy Fighting Alliance.
In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 107, he took on Lj Smith Portee and tapped him out via rear-naked choke in the first round to earn his first submission win as a professional along with victory number one under the LFA banner. Then in his second outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 119, Waters knocked out Ovidio Bojorquez in round one. The victory earned Waters the second knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up back-to-back victories under the LFA banner in the process along with his second straight first-round finish. The tide is rising fast with this captain of unquenched terror steering the ship on choppy waves!
