Born in Volgograd, Russia, Viacheslav ‘Slava Claus’ Borshchev earned a UFC contract through Dana White’s Contender Series in October 2021, following a knockout of then undefeated Scot, Chris Duncan. The 30-year-old made a stellar promotional debut January 15th 2022, at UFC Vegas 46, dropping Dakota Bush with a devastating punch to the body, followed by hammer fists; earning a ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus, Borshchev’s TKO was the promotions first stoppage of 2022. Fighting out of Sacramento, California, Borshchev enters UFC Fight Night 205 riding a four fight win-streak, all by way of KO/TKO stoppage.

Fighting out of Doncaster, South Yorkshire, Congolese-born Marc ‘Bonecrusher’ Diakiese made his UFC debut at UFC 204, October 8th 2016. With a professional record of 14-5, the 28-year-old has amassed a 5-5 promotional record; those losses, however, have come to formidable opponents, including Drakkar Klose, Dan Hooker, and Rafael Fiziev. Diakiese last fought at UFC Vegas 42, losing via submission to Rafael Alves.
