Learning to bounce from a loss is one cornerstone that every mixed martial artist professional or otherwise takes with them in their heart. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a conductor of clash ready to make some magical music at Cage Warriors 136 on April 2. A professional mixed martial artist September 2019 and representing Next Generation Liverpool under head coach Paul Rimmer, Liam Molloy owns a 2-2 record, with both of his wins as a pro-MMA fighter coming via knockout. Molloy fought for Full Contact Contender prior to making his promotional debut with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 127 in September 2021. He has finished both of his victories during his time in the professional ranks, with two first-round finishes under his belt. Molloy has yet to go to the scorecards at any point during his pro career thus far. 100 percent of Molloy’s finishes during his tenure as a professional mixed martial artist have come within the opening round in the space of fewer than five minutes.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Full Contact Contender at FCC 24. he faced David Adams and went on to defeat him via TKO in the first round. Then in his second appearance with Full Contact Contender at FCC 26, Molloy defeated Craig Skelton via TKO in round one. The win earned Molloy the second knockout victory of his professional career. He also picked up victory number two under the FCC banner in the process along with his second first-round finish.

For his second outing under the Cage Warriors banner at Cage Warriors 136 on April 2, he will face off against submission specialist Ben Rees in a featherweight affair. Good luck Liam!
