Jenkins and Loughnane speak at PFL 10 presser

PFL 10 is locked in, an action packed night of Mixed Martial Arts mayhem is set to rumble the very foundations of New York City at Madison Square Gardens.

And for two of the PFL‘s most exciting athletes, Bubba ‘Bad Man” Jenkins and Brendan Loughnane, a life changing 1 million dollar prize is up for grabs.

Bubba Jenkins is an American mixed martial artist and former amateur wrestler currently competing in the Featherweight division. He currently competes in the featherweight division of Professional Fighters League. He has also notably competed for Bellator MMA, Absolute Championship Berkut and Brave Combat Federation, where he was a former champion, and is set to test his wrestling skills against one of the hardest hitters on the PFL roster.

Brendan Loughnane is an English professional Mixed Martial Artist currently competing in the Featherweight division. He currently competes in the Featherweight division of Professional Fighters League. He has competed for X-treme Combat, the Greece Regionals, Ultimate Cage Championships, Cage Conflict, the United Kingdom Regionals, The Ultimate Fighter, Full Contact Contender, Bamma, Tankō Fighting Championships, Absolute Championship Berkut, Celtic Gladiator and Dana White’s Contender series.

In a press conference today held by PFL, these two fierce warriors expressed their desires to claim what every fighter dreams of, the big cash prize. Extremely humble towards each other, their friendship will be tested on November 25th in the city that never sleeps.

I was fortunate enough to be at the conference today, and got to experience the back and forth between these two exceptional Featherweights. And got to ask the question on everybody’s mind.

Hi guys, this is Aaron East for MMAUK News, My question is for both of you. As you prepare for what is quite possibly the biggest night of your PFL careers, after giving the fight fans so many memorable moments. What can the fans in attendance expect from you both when the cage door closes on November 25th?

Brendan Loughnane: “The pair of us don’t really get into boring fights do we. One way or another they end up exciting, so if you’re not already planning on tuning in, make sure you tune in on the 25th.”

Bubba Jenkins: “I plan to always put on a show, I plan to complete my four for four suplex training that I’ve been on. The airline has been doing good with passengers, so we plan to put Brandon on that haha. All jokes aside, I’m so excited for what the fans get to see in New York. Being the Meca and being one of the brightest shining lights of arena’s in the world. Me and Brandon get to share that stage, to put all our hard work in. Things for me or him haven’t changed, he’s going to a place has been to for years. I’m chopping wood in the same place ,with the same partners with no new friends in a sense. Doing the same thing that we’ve been doing except more intense and for longer. So we’re excited about November 25th, the performance that we’re gonna put on and the performance that Brandon is gonna pull out of us so that fans can have what I expect to be a night for fighting to remember.”

It’s going to be a night of pure unadulterated organised violence you’ll not want to miss so save the Date. November 25th, Madison Square Gardens, Jenkins vs Loughnane, 1 million dollars up for grabs.
