Gomes appeared on week five as part of the sixth season of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2022. She fought for various promotions including Invicta Fighting Championships prior to debuting with the UFC at UFC On ESPN Plus 68 in September 2022. Gomes is 1-1 under the UFC banner with one finish under her belt for the promotion. She has finished five out of her seven victories over the course of her career as a professional MMA fighter. Gomes has gone to the scorecards twice during her pro career, sweeping them clean across the board on both occasions.
She defeated Juliana Nascimento via technical knockout in the first round at O Rei da Luta 3. Gomes knocked out Andreyna Raquel in round one at Arena Global 12. Then at SFT 28, she defeated Andressa Romero via unanimous decision. Gomes defeated Jeanne Ruas via technical knockout in round three at SFT 31. She defeated UFC veteran Milana Dudieva via TKO in the third round in her lone appearance with Invicta Fighting Championships at Invicta FC 46. In the opening contest of DWTNCS week five of season six, Gomes defeated Rayanne Amanda dos Santos via unanimous decision.
For her second outing with the UFC on the preliminary card of UFC On ESPN 44, she defeated Bruna Brasil via technical knockout in the second round. The win earned Gomes the fifth knockout victory of her professional career in addition to securing her first win under the UFC banner. With hands that hit with the force of a thousand stones, Gomes is no stranger to extracting victory even if comes by a violent end!
