Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Jackson McVey

Minnesota has proven to be a goldmine for top midwestern talent whenever LFA makes an appearance on the landscape with guaranteed action on tap. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a Viking of the chilling depths whose one and done finishes have shown to be worth their weight in gold for the organization. A professional mixed martial artist since January 2023 and representing ST Charles MMA, Jackson McVey holds a 2-0 record comprised of one submission and one knockout. McVey has spent his entire career as a professional MMA fighter with Legacy Fighting Alliance thus far. He is 2-0 under the LFA banner with two finishes under his belt in two appearances with the promotion. Both of McVey’s finishes during his time in the professional ranks have been inside the opening round. McVey has a 100 percent finishing rate and has yet to reach the scorecards at any point during his pro career so far. 100 percent of McVey’s wins over the course of his career as a professional mixed martial artist have come in the space of a single round.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance on the preliminary card of LFA 150, he faced Deven Paulsen and went on to tap him out in the first round via guillotine choke to secure his first submission win as a professional. Then in his second appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance on the preliminary card of LFA 157, McVey defeated Tom Krenzel via technical knockout in round one. The win earned McVey the first knockout victory of his professional career. He also picked up back-to-back victories under the LFA banner in the process. McVey is a prospect that knows how to be in tune with the natural beauty of mother nature and his environmental surroundings when he journeys to conquests!
