DAZN presents Hexagone MMA 8 & 9 in 150+ countries worldwide

MMA fans across 150+ countries worldwide will be able to tune into HEXAGONE MMA 8 and HEXAGONE MMA 9 next month exclusively on DAZN, the Netflix of sport.

 

The fight nights will be broadcast live by Europe’s fast-emerging promoter, HEXAGONE MMA, as it continues to showcase mixed martial arts in the French provinces with its summer series. HEXAGONE MMA 8 will play out at the ‘French Seville’ of Beziers Arena, France’s original and iconic bullfighting ring, on 3 June. Close on its heels, HEXAGONE MMA 9 takes place on 17 June at Reims Arena. See below for viewing information.

 

HEXAGONE MMA’s blend of international household names alongside homegrown and regional talent has packed out French arenas to date, and the nation’s enthusiasm for the sport continues to grow.

ABOUT HEXAGONE MMA 8: GARNETT VS CORBAGE

The main event for HEXAGONE MMA 8 pits Dean Garnett (UK) against Lucas Corbage (Argentina) for the world featherweight title (-66 kg). Author of the fastest K-O in HEXAGONE MMA history (at 20 seconds), Garnett hopes to seal his impressive return to elite competition by securing the organisation’s prestigious, international title. Meanwhile, the exciting and undefeated Mehdi Ben Lakhdhar (France) will be facing Brazilian Wanderson Barcelos in his debut with the promoter. HEXAGONE MMA’s first event in the south of France will also feature local, national icon Antony Réa against another veteran of the sport, Mohamed El Dwansy (Egypt). As well, ex-WWE wrestler Jack Claffey (UK), formerly ‘The Gentleman’ Gallagher, will be making his promotional debut. See below for the full fight card.
