Fightstar Championship set their sights on Belgium

The regional scene in the UK can only thrive with absolute dedication to reach the highest level across all 4 corners of the British Isles.

A successful structure and a dedicated team as displayed by the legendary Cage Warriors team is a prime example of what can be achieved, reaching different shores and making a mark on the industry to reach the global audience.

Fightstar Championship have dedicated 10 long years to the UK MMA circuit, stretching their cards as well as themselves across all four corners, as well as bringing the fans some of the most exciting fights within this time.

And now, in the dust of their explosive 10 year anniversary at the Indigo at the 02 for Fightstar Championship 25, the team have made one of the biggest moves and steps to establish themselves as a powerful force in the brutal yet exhilarating world of Mixed Martial Arts by announcing branching out across seas to Belgium.

Owner Raj Singh had this to say on the promotions explosive announcement on Sunday.

“As I said earlier in the year, the vision is to continue expanding. We have been working with some of the best Belgian fighters since 2014, now is the right time to expand into Europe. Belgium will be a new home for FSC”

The date for Fightstars trip is yet to be announced, but with the warriors of Belgium alerted, I have no doubt that this will be one of the biggest events Fightstar have brought to us in recent memory. Keep an eye out for the announcement, this one is going to be fireworks.

Fightstar Championship are proudly affiliated with the English Mixed Martial Arts Association (EMMAA) who’s prime goal is to develop and promote the education, training and safeguarding of young people, competitors and coaches in MMA.
