In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to the latest amateur standout now cashing professional checks for Legacy Fighting Alliance at 185 pounds. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2023 and representing WNY MMA and Fitness, Austin Ross owns a 1-2 record with his lone victory as a professional MMA fighter coming via decision. He has fought for Art Of War Cage Fighting and Legacy Fighting Alliance. Ross also fought for Legacy Fighting Alliance as an amateur in 2022. He has gone to the scorecards once during his time in the professional ranks sweeping them clean across the board on that occasion. Ross is 1-1 under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner. He has spent his entire career fighting on the east coast. Ross has appeared on all three of LFA’S events in the empire state, twice as a professional mixed martial artist and two times as a amateur with the events being LFA 125 and LFA 139 for his amateur appearances and LFA 155 and LFA 167 for his professional outings respectively in 2022 and 2023 in his home state of New York at the Senaca Niagra Resort and Casino.
In his second appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance on the preliminary card of LFA 167, Ross faced Mus’Aib Bayina and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision. The win earned Ross the first decision victory of his professional career in addition to his first victory under the LFA banner in the process.
