Staying in a state of constant active motion is always the best course of action when prospects are looking for ways to stand out from others in a competitive division. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet an artist of heavy flavor and extra spice making hot recipes at flyweight for Legacy Fighting Alliance. A professional mixed martial artist since May 2022 and representing Jackson-Wink MMA, Jordan Burkholder holds a 5-1 record through six bouts comprised of three submissions, one knockout and one decision. He fought for various promotions including CES MMA prior to debuting with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 164 in August 2023. The majority of Burkholder’s victories over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter have been inside the distance. He is 1-1 under the LFA banner with a single finish under his belt in two appearances with the organization. Burkholder has finished four out of his five overall during his time in the professional ranks. The bulk of his finishes during his tenure as a professional mixed martial artist have come within two rounds. Burkholder has three first round finishes to go along with a single second round finish in six appearances.

In his MMA debut, he faced Humberto Duarte and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision. Burkholder defeated Brendan Clarke via TKO in the first round at Peak Fighting 26. Then at CES MMA 72, he submitted Casey Norton via arm-triangle choke in round one. Burkholder tapped out German Ponce in the first round at Peak Fighting 28.

In his second appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance on the main card of LFA 170, he submitted Daniel Gonzales in the second round via rear-naked choke. The win secured Burkholder the third submission victory of his professional career in addition to picking up his first victory under the LFA banner in the process. Burkholder’s flare for combat artistry comes in multiple shades of victory!
