A professional mixed martial artist since December 2021 and representing Start BJJ under head coach and MMA veteran Brock Larson, Coty Milhausen holds a 3-2 record in five contests comprised of two submissions and one knockout. He has fought for several promotions during his career as a professional mixed martial artist including CES MMA and Legacy Fighting Alliance. All three of his victories have come inside of a single round. Milhausen has never gone to the scorecards at any point over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. He has three first-round finishes under his belt in five professional outings thus far.
At CES MMA 68, he faced Christian Cardona and went on to defeat him via technical knockout in round one to earn his first and only knockout win as a professional. Milhausen submitted Andres Murray in the first round via arm-triangle choke at Huff Entertainment Bud Brawl 2. Then in the main event of 3 River Throwdown 20, he tapped out Tyler Peterick via arm-triangle choke in round one. The victory secured Milhausen the second submission win of his professional career. He also picked up his third first-round finish in addition to his third professional win overall in the process.
