In today’s episode of¬†Across The Pond,¬†you will meet a Belfast cannoneer ready to blast all doubt to smithereens as he enters his third voyage into featherweight waters at Cage Warriors 170 from Dublin’s RDS on April 6. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2021 and representing¬†Fight Academy Ireland, Matthew Elliott¬†holds a 2-1 record with both of his wins during his career in the professional MMA ranks coming via decision. Elliott has gone to the scorecards twice during his professional career. He is 1-1 under the Cage Warriors banner. In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Cage Warriors in the opening preliminary bout of Cage Warriors 120, he faced Scott Pedersen and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision to secure his first win under the Cage Warriors banner. Elliott defeated Michel Da Silva via a split decision at Cage Conflict 6 Revive. The victory scored Elliott the second decision win of his professional career. He also picked up his second victory overall as a professional in the process.
