OIn the ever-evolving landscape of mixed martial arts, every setback can be soothed by focusing on the present moment and banishing the past to the back of your mind. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a solider of the Scottish present ready to rally to the standard once again alongside his kinsman at Cage Warriors 176 at the Braehead Arena in Glasgow on September 7 on a night to remember for all of Scottish MMA in the promotion’s second Scottish show of 2024. A professional mixed martial artist since August 2021 and representing Scottish Hit Squad, Jordan Stronge owns a 2-1 record comprised of one submission and one decision. He fought for Rise And Conquer and Bad Guy promotions prior to debuting with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 171 in April 2024. He has a single first-round finish under his belt through his first three appearances as a professional MMA fighter. He has gone to the scorecards once over the course of his career sweeping it all across the board on that occasion. Stronge has spent his entire professional career in the United Kingdom.

In his professional MMA debut at Holytown Havoc, he faced Michael Stuart and submitted him in the first round to lock up his first submission win as a professional. Then at Rise And Conquer 10, he defeated Mihail Nikolov via unanimous decision. The win earned Stronge the first decision victory of his professional career along with his second win inside the professional ranks. He also picked up back-to-back victories to begin his professional career in the process.

In his second appearance under the Cage Warriors banner at Cage Warriors 176 on September 7, Stronge will look to rebound against Wesley Machado in an encounter at Lightweight. Other Scottish talents that are set to be featured on Cage Warriors 176 include new signing Igor Wojtas, Michael Blair and Damon Donald. Good luck Jordan!
