A professional mixed martial artist since February 2017 and representing Adrenaline Training Centre, Tom Theocharis owns a 9-5 record in 14 appearances comprised of eight knockouts and one decision. Theocharis was the eighth and final Middleweight selection on The Ultimate Fighter 32 as a member of Team Grasso in 2024. He is 2-0 under the Unified MMA banner with two first-round finishes under his belt in two appearances with the promotion. The majority of his finishes over the course of his professional career have been inside the distance. Theocharis has fought for numerous organizations during his career as a professional MMA fighter including EFC and Unified MMA. He has finished eight out of his nine wins overall inside the ranks as a professional mixed martial artist.
At Prestige Fighting Championship 9, he faced Cameron MacDonald and defeated him via TKO in round one. Theocharis also defeated Gerra Gossen via technical knockout in the first round at Rumble in the Cage 60. Then at XFFC 21 Locked and Loaded, he defeated Jordan Roberts via TKO in round one. Theocharis defeated Billy Combs at Valor Fighting Challenge 66 via technical knockout in the first round. He knocked out Jessie Hull in round one at Alaska Combat Entertainment fight night 4. Theocharis defeated Pierre Coxen via technical knockout in the first round in his only outing under the EFC banner at EFC 97. He defeated Deven Paulsen via unanimous decision to score his first and only decision win as a professional. Theocharis knocked out Nathan Peirce in round one in his promotional debut with Unified MMA at Unified MMA 51. He knocked out Robert Dunn in the first round at Unified MMA 55 to earn the eighth knockout win of his professional career along with his second victory under the Unified MMA banner. In 2024, he was selected to be a part of The Ultimate Fighter 32 cast and was the final pick at Middleweight for Team Grasso.
