One of the most dominant fighters in Europe, Raul Tutarauli is gearing up to make his BRAVE CF debut at BRAVE CF 87 and he is on the verge of achieving the one milestone missing from his impressive career: the BRAVE Combat Federation World Title.
Raul has long been a respected name in the European MMA scene and is considered one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the region. His dominance is evident from his rankings as well. Raul is the top-ranked Lightweight across Europe, Eastern Europe, Poland, the Caucasus, and the broader Eurasian regions.
In addition to this, he holds the top spot in the Featherweight rankings in Europe, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Poland, a clear testament to his ability to excel in multiple weight classes.
With an impressive professional MMA record of 34-7, Raul has victories over some of the biggest and toughest fighters in the Lightweight and Featherweight divisions and he has 22 of his 34 victories through stoppages.
The Georgian superstar is also a regional two-division champion and has dominated both the Lightweight and Featherweight divisions with victories over top European fighters such as Marcel Grabinski, Marcin Held, Valeriu Mircea and Donovan Desmae. With a record of 5-1 against former BRAVE CF fighters, Raul has cemented his position as a true contender for the BRAVE Combat Federation Lightweight title even though he is preparing to make his debut in the organization.
At 32 years of age, Raul is in the prime of his career and poised to seize the opportunity of a lifetime. A victory at BRAVE CF 87 will not only make him a world champion but would also be the crowning moment in his career as he will capture an accolade which has eluded him all his career – a world title in MMA.
In the process, he can become the first Georgian World Champion in BRAVE CF which is huge considering the fact that his fellow Georgians like Ilia Topuria and Guram Kutateladze could not achieve this.
Winning the title, however, will be easier said than done as Raul will be taking on Abdisalam Kubanychbek who has been unstoppable in BRAVE CF. The Kyrgyz superstar is out to break the Lightweight title curse by defending his title and will also be looking to rise as the best fighter in BRAVE CF history when he steps into the cage at BRAVE CF 87.
BRAVE CF 87 is all set to take place on September 22 at Alkmaar in the Netherlands and will be held in association with Enfusion’s ECE MMA. This will be BRAVE CF’s second outing in the Netherlands this year and is part of the 70-day world tour the organization has embarked upon.
