The GAMMA 2024 World Championships is about to hit Banten’s Dewa MMA Arena in Indonesia for the Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts’ flagship senior and under-18s tournaments from 6 to 14 December. Broadcast live globally, the competition commences on 8 December.

 

Hosted by GAMMA’s Indonesian member, PB PERTICAMI, under the Indonesian Olympic Committee, more than 500 athletes representing 70+ countries will compete for GAMMA’s prestigious gold, silver and bronze medals in MMA and Striking MMA. Read more

GAMMA Champion Nowicki Ready for Worlds after Invicta FC Win

 

GAMMA World Gold medallist Zoe Nowicki scored victory in her second professional bout at Invicta FC 58 recently, ahead of her return to GAMMA at the 2024 World Championships. It was by Unanimous Decision that the Team USA standout defeated Barbara Grabowska of Poland in the 126 lbs division. Read more

 

Champion Ayman Galal fronts Egypt’s charge for GAMMA gold

 

Ayman Galal is undoubtedly the star player of the Egyptian national team heading to the 2024 GAMMA World Championships. Indeed, the four-time Kung Fu World Champion has been honoured by the President of Egypt. With accolades spanning Kung Fu and Combat Sambo, the star has medalled too in four World Cups and stands as nine-time African Champion and three-time Arab Champion. His MMA career to date encompasses three professional wins and one loss across UAE Warriors and BRAVE CF. Read more

 

Prince aspires to best 2023 African Games gold at MMA Worlds

 

The Ivorian Mixed Martial Arts Federation (FIAMM) will arrive in Indonesia next month with a small selection of athletes representing their nation at the 2024 GAMMA World Championships. Stand out athlete Mensah Aka Miezan Prince became a gold medallist at the 2023 African Games this year in the 70.3 Kg division. His Olympic platform success even took him by surprise as he helped to put Ivory Coast on the MMA map. Read more
