Howarth defeated Adian Marsh via technical knockout in round two at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 21. Then at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 9, he defeated Sam Parry via TKO in the first round to score his second knockout win as an Amateur. Howarth defeated Callum Deakin at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 22 via unanimous decision. He defeated Riley Daniels via unanimous decision at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 23. Howarth defeated Dan Kitch via unanimous decision in his promotional debut with Samurai Fighting Championship at SFC 3. He defeated Victor Yeo at SFC 4 via unanimous decision. Howarth defeated Morgan Bunney via unanimous decision at SFC 5.
At Golden Ticket Fight Promotions 27, he defeated Benjamin Edozie via unanimous decision. The victory earned Howarth the sixth decision win of his Amateur career. He also secured his ninth consecutive win inside the Amateur ranks in the process.
