He has fought for numerous promotions throughout his career in the professional ranks including EFC and Superior Challenge in addition to Budo Fighting Championships, Bellator MMA and ARES Fighting Championship. Houlton has finished all six of his victories and has never gone to the scorecards at any point in time during his professional journey with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it.
In his professional MMA debut at Budo 39, he submitted Liam Gregory via brabo choke in round one. Houlton also tapped out Kofi Marshall in the first round via rear-naked choke at Budo Fighting Championships 51. He defeated Jan Lysak via technical knockout in round one at Vida Fighting Championship 5. Houlton defeated Oliver Bassil via TKO in the first round at Budo Fighting Championships 57. Then in his promotional debut under the Ares Fighting Championship banner at ARES FC 16, he knocked out Kenzo Soares in round one to score his third knockout win as a professional.
In the main event of Superior Challenge Superior Academy, Houlton submitted Nermin Hajdarpasic via armbar in the second round. The win earned Houlton the third submission victory of his professional career. He also secured his sixth victory overall inside the professional ranks in the process. Houlton may be a man of the world, but his finishes have proven to be a giant thorn for the entire globe to root out!
