Morris has spent his whole Amateur career in the United Kingdom and has finished seven out of his 11 overall wins during his journey as an Amateur mixed martial artist.
In his Amateur debut at ICE FC 20, he faced Adeem Rehman and defeated him via technical knockout in the third round. Morris knocked out Nathan Owen in round two at Celtic Gladiator 22 Manchester. Then at UK Fighting Championships 11, he submitted Sarfraz Nawaz via rear-naked choke in round one. Morris defeated Lewis Burton at Celtic Gladiator 27 via TKO in the second round He defeated Gabi Lolo via unanimous decision at UK Fighting Championships 14. Morris tapped out Fabian Nasser Barec in round two at UK Fighting Championships 16. He knocked out Bert Jenkins in the third round at UK Fighting Championships 17. Morris defeated Ze Machado at UK Fighting Championship 18 via unanimous decision. He defeated Mateusz Mazur via unanimous decision at UK Fighting Championships 22. Morris defeated Wez Tully at UK Fighting Championships 23 via unanimous decision to notch his fourth decision win as an Amateur.
At UK Fighting Championships 24, he submitted Taha Chouiba in the second round to earn the third submission win of his Amateur career in addition to his seventh overall finish.
