In the main event, former ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon authored an electrifying one-punch knockout of #2-ranked flyweight kickboxing contender Takeru Segawa.
At the sound of the opening bell, Rodtang calmly marched forward, forcing “Natural Born Krusher” to retreat. “The Iron Man” then opened up with a cracking combination, snapping Takeru’s head backward.
A buzzing left hook from Rodtang then had the Japanese fighter reeling along the ropes. The Thai megastar followed up with another monstrous left, sending Takeru crashing to the canvas. Referee Olivier Coste administered the standing eight-count, but Takeru could not recover in time, giving Rodtang the victory via technical knockout.
In the co-main event, Japanese veteran Masaaki Noiri scored a stunning third-round stoppage of featherweight Muay Thai titleholder Tawanchai PK Saenchai to win the ONE Interim Featherweight Kickboxing World Title.
Noiri pressed the action early in the first round, but Tawanchai stood his ground, firing powerful combinations with conviction at the centre of the ring. In the second stanza, Tawanchai turned up the pressure, but Noiri started to find a home for his overhand right.
In the final frame, Noiri countered Tawanchai with a thunderous left hook as his opponent came in, instantly dropping the Thai icon. After Tawanchai beat the count, Noiri swarmed him with another fierce combination to force the referee to call a halt to the contest.
Elsewhere on the card, Yuya Wakamatsu was crowned the new ONE Flyweight MMA World Champion after finishing Adriano Moraes in the first round, Jonathan Di Bella captured the ONE Interim Strawweight Kickboxing World Title with a close unanimous decision victory over Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, and ONE Women’s Atomweight Kickboxing World Champion Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom retained her gold with a unanimous decision over Kana Morimoto.
