She faced Miriam Nazar and went on to defeat her via decision at Rize FC Alabama. Melisano also defeated Kendal Holowell via unanimous decision. She defeated Ana Martinez in her promotional debut under the Fury Fighting Championship banner at Fury FC 96 via unanimous decision to get her third decision win as a professional. Melisano knocked out Monica Medina in round one at Fury FC 101. She submitted Lydia Warren at Fury FC 109 in the first round via rear-naked choke to score her only submission victory as a professional. Melisano defeated Andrea Amaro via TKO in round three to obtain the second knockout victory of her professional career at Fury FC 112. She also earned her sixth win in the process as a professional mixed martial artist overall.
In 2026, Melisano was chosen as part of The Ultimate Fighter season 34 cast at Women’s Strawweight and was the top female selection of Team Bisping.
