Rodolfo Vieira vs. Jacob Holyman-Tague set for ACB 88 in Brisbane

Jiu-jitsu legend Rodolfo Vieira will make his second appearance in the ACB cage in Brisbane, as he takes on Australia’s own Jacob Holyman-Tague at ACB 88.

At twenty-eight years old, Rodolfo Vieira has dominated the Brazilian jiu-jitsu circuit, possessing an incredible record of 99-9-1 in professional grappling. After picking up five world championship golds, seven world cup golds and two Pan-American championships, Vieira made the move into mixed martial arts in 2017.

The Brazilian has made the move look easy so far, with three finishes in his three bouts, including a knockout victory over Alexander Neufang at ACB 82 in Sao Paulo earlier this year. Rodolfo has stated that he can’t wait to put on a show for his Australian fans and hopes they come and support him in his fourth MMA bout.

Jacob Holyman-Tague represents a tough challenge for Vieira, having amassed an impressive 5-1 record in under three years as a professional. Holyman-Tague is no stranger to fighting in Queensland, having competed in the state in all of his last five matchups.
