Empowering the next generation of female athletes and providing them a safe space to ply their craft and be proud of who they are away from the media’s prying eye is a core value in the sustained success of Invicta Fighting Championships throughout 55 events. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet the newest wolf of the warpath ready to pounce into a primetime slot for the promotion at flyweight at only 24 years old and follow in the footsteps of golden greatness as her professional journey readies for takeoff. A professional mixed martial artist since June 2024 and representing Scorpion Fighting System under head coach James Gray, Zoe Nowicki holds a 1-0 record with her only win in the professional ranks coming via decision. She has spent her whole tenure as a professional MMA fighter with Invicta Fighting Championships and is 1-0 under their banner. Nowicki has gone to the scorecards once over the course of her professional career sweeping them clean across the board on that occasion over a period of three rounds and a duration of 15 minutes. Her one and only professional victory has come via a unanimous verdict. She also fought for several promotions as an amateur including Lights Out Championship in her home state of Michigan prior to turning professional.
In her professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Invicta Fighting Championships on the preliminary card of Invicta FC 55, she faced Josiane Olivera and went on to defeat her via unanimous decision. The win earned Nowicki the first decision victory of her professional career along with her first win under the Invicta FC banner. She also picked up victory number one inside the professional ranks in the process. At 1-0, Nowicki’s wolverine instincts are anything but a positive omen for future foes standing across from her in her path towards her quest to make Michigan a continued championship state!
