An Amateur mixed martial artist since July 2022 and representing The Combat Institiute, Steve McMorris holds a 1-3 record over the course of four outings with his sole win inside the Amateur ranks coming via submission. He has spent his whole career as an Amateur MMA fighter with Cage Warriors Academy Southeast and 1-3 under their banner with one first-round finish under his belt in four outings with the promotion thus far. McMorris has spent his entire Amateur career in the United Kingdom and has never gone to the scorecards at any point in time during his Amateur journey with a finishing rate of 100 percent to show for it.
