Once they start their professional journey, the fighter in question becomes the author of a narrative where every move in the story is based on a choice that cannot be retracted. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet the newest Viking of hallowed and heavenly lore ready to begin a winning conquest and come home with a victorious showing as he anchors in the professional harbor at Welterweight for Throne MMA as the promotion heads to the Hawkeye state for the first time on June 21. An Amateur mixed martial artist since January 2023 and representing Academy Of Combat Arts, Taylor Michels owns a 3-3 record in six outings consisting of two knockouts and one submission. He has fought for Cage Fury Fighting Championships and Throne MMA and has spent his whole career in the United States. Michels is 2-0 under the Throne MMA banner with two finishes under his belt in two appearances with the promotion. He has finished all three of his victories with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. All of Michel’s finishes over the course of his journey as an Amateur MMA fighter have come inside of two rounds.

At CFFC 125, he faced Jordan Mosley and submitted him via rear-naked choke in the second round to score his lone submission win as an Amateur. Michels defeated Damon Delorme via technical knockout in round one at Throne MMA.

At Throne MMA, he defeated Hunter Terrell via TKO in the first round. The victory earned Michels the second knockout win of his Amateur career in addition to his second win and finish under the Throne MMA banner. He also notched his third overall win inside the Amateur ranks in the process. On June 21 at Throne MMA, Michels will square off against Jason Simon in a Welterweight affair between two professional debutants. Good luck Taylor!
