Grusander has fought for Invicta Fighting Championships and various MMA promotions across eastern Europe. In her MMA debut at Fight Night Finland 10, she defeated Iman Darabi via majority decision.
Then Grusander defeated Anna Kuzmenko via TKO in the third round at Battle of Botina 2016. She defeated her next two opponents in Elena Belaya and Tiia Kohtamaki.
At LFN 8 Double Trouble 2, Grusander tapped out Hanna Gujwan via rear naked choke in the second round.
For her debut appearance with Invicta Fighting Championships at Invicta FC 28 she defeated Brazil’s Fernanda Barros via TKO in round two to earn her third knockout victory as a professional.

In her MMA debut at KOTC Equalizer, she defeated Jayme Hinshaw via unanimous decision. Zappitella tapped out Xinmiao Zhang via arm triangle choke in the second round.
In her debut outing with Invicta Fighting Championships at Invicta FC 30, she defeated Jillian DeCoursey via unanimous decision to earn her first win under the Invicta FC banner.
