UFC 182 took place this past Saturday. Jan. 3, at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission issued medical suspensions to 12 fighters from UFC 182 event and four could face somewhat of a lengthy suspension.
The full list of UFC 182 medical suspensions included:
Daniel Cormier: suspended until Jan. 25 with no contact until Jan. 14 for precautionary reasons
Nate Marquardt: suspended until July 3 due to possible right-ankle injury although a physician can clear him early; regardless, suspended until Feb. 3 with no contact until Jan. 25 due to a right-cheek laceration
Louis Gaudinot: suspended until July 3 due to possible left-hand injury, but a physician can clear him early; regardless, suspended until Feb. 3 with no contact until Jan. 25 for precautionary reasons
Josh Burkman: suspended until Jan. 25 with no contact until Jan. 18 for precautionary reasons
Danny Castillo: suspended until Feb. 18 with no contact until Feb. 3 for precautionary reasons
Paul Felder: suspended until July 3 due to possible right-foot injury, but a physician can clear him early; regardless, suspended until Jan. 18 with no contact until Jan. 14 for precautionary reasons
Cody Garbrandt: suspended until July 3 due to a possible right-hand injury, but a physician can clear him early; regardless, suspended until Jan. 25 with no contact until Jan. 18 for precautionary reasons
Marcus Brimage: suspended until Feb. 18 with no contact until Feb. 3 for precautionary reasons
Jared Cannonier: suspended until Feb. 3 with no contact until Jan. 25 for precautionary reasons
Shawn Jordan: suspended until Feb. 18 with no contact until Feb. 3 due to a right-eyebrow laceration
Rodrigo Damm: suspended until Feb. 18 with no contact until Feb. 3 for precautionary reasons
Omari Akhmedov: must have a follow-up comparison MRI to follow/track an arachnoid cyst by Jan. 3, 2017
Alexis Dufresne: suspended until Feb. 18 with no contact until Feb. 3 for precautionary reasons
