With the UFC so short of true superstars Darren Till may well be in the right place at the right time.
Till’s first round stoppage of the perennial contender Donald Cerrone puts him in the Top 10 of the Welterweight division and possibly on the path to so much more.
The post fight altercation with Mike Perry will make that fight inevitable, but the winner of Jorge Masvidal and Stephen Thompson might be a more attractive fight for Till and the UFC in terms of career advancement.

Till destroyed Cowboy with surprising ease and Cerrone now on a 3 fight skid is now at a real crossroads, title aspirations gone forever.
Till remains undefeated and at 24 is at the start of his journey and it could be one hell of a ride.
