UFC Heavyweight Francis Ngannou, is continuing his hard work over the holidays, as he prepares for a title fight with Stipe Miocic
Fresh off his first round KO of Alistair Overeem, the rising star was seen sparring with UFC Middleweight Uriah Hall in a training session at Extreme Couture gym over the weekend. Unsurprisingly, Hall described it as one of the scariest moments of his life.
Ngannou will face Stipe Miocic for the Heavyweight belt in Boston on January 18th.
