Clinical 1 st round destruction by Smith. A smart check hook by Smith was the beginning of the end for Shogun. Can’t help felling UFC uses European fights nights as a pension fund and dumping ground for aging former greats. Smith did what he had to do. Onwards and upwards from here.

Another decision. Comfortable for Anderson. Haven’t seen anything tonight to really get the blood pumping. Hopefully the main event will be explosive . Up to tonight Anderson has disclosed career earning of 166,000 bucks. He’s a long way from a million methinks.

Superbly entertaining fight. German born, Morrocan national Abu Azaitar enthusiasm and strength carried him through. Naivety put him in a lot of uncomfortable positions on the deck. Strength and will got him out of them. Miranda had a good chance at an arm triangle in the second. Didn’t have technique or strength to finish it. Azaitair and his 1 million Instagram followers no doubt are delighted. They are numbers Dana White can relate to – $$$.

Average fight. Average fighters. 5 takedowns gave Tybura the edge. Nasty elbow opened up a dirty cut below the lip of Struve. Interesting factoid Dutchman Stefan Struve stands at 6’11”. Career as a wind turbine may be in the offing. Yet another fight going to decision.

Lopsided scoring from the main card fight Roberts Vs Zawada. Split decision but the solitary judge that called it for Zawada gave him all three rounds. Commentators don’t seemed to have picked up on it
