Muhammad Mokaev, the hottest prospect in mixed martial arts continued his rise through the ranks at BRAVE CF with a spectacular win over Jamie Kelly.

’’The Punisher’’ impressed the MMA world once again, this time with a win at BRAVE 43, the grand finale of the three Kombat Kingdom events that the fastest-growing MMA organization in the world is putting on in its home in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The fight was a one-sided affair as Mokaev implemented his gameplan, focusing on his boxing and kickboxing throughout, hurting his opponent on several occasions. Kelly showed great strength to defend the early takedown attempts but came up short in the striking battle.

After two knockdowns absorbed by Kelly, the referee had to call a timeout in the second round as Kelly was profusely bleeding. However, more of the same followed after the brief pause. The tremendous heart shown by Kelly was enough to alter the course of the fight which ended with a slam and a groundwork of Mokaev’s doing.

The third round continued the story of relentless pressure from Mokaev who explored every method in the book to put away his persistent opponent. The ending sequence of the fight transpired as Mokaev succeeded in a single leg which he transitioned to a slam and eventually to a rear naked choke. This marks the first submission victory for Mokaev in his professional career.

There is no slowing down for Mokaev who immediately asked for his next fight. ”November, December, please I’m ready” he exclaimed in the post fight interview.
