The UFC has just announced a heck of a main event. Holloway vs Kattar is slated for January 16th
Max Holloway makes his return to the octagon after suffering two close defeats to current champion Alexander Volkanovski. The most recent took place in July and many fans believe Holloway won that fight. Nonetheless, Holloway will be looking to get back in the win column and make another run at the title when he steps into the octagon on January 16th. He is ranked #1 in the Featherweight division.
Calvin Kattar will takes on his toughest opponent to date in Holloway. Kattar is on a 2-fight win streak with his most recent win coming against Dan Ige via unanimous decision. That fight also took place in July. Kattar is #6 in the Featherweight rankings
