In a recent interview with Lowkickmma.com, Paddy Pimblett highlighted some fighters he would be interested in fighting for his UFC debut. Some names were Julian Erosa, Guram Kutateladze and also Jared Gordon.
Gordon appeared to take notice of the interview as he replied to the post on Twitter.
“I said i’d take it…how late are we talking though @PaddyTheBaddy??? I’m not trying to wait until August.”
Pimblett was quick to reply stating: “Late July good for u?”
“Works for me.” Gordon replied.
Both men appeared eager to make the fight official, so this is definitely an announcement we may see in the future. Let’s keep our eyes peeled.
What do you make of this matchup?
.@PaddyTheBaddy has numerous opponents in mind for a late-summer @ufc debut, including both @JFlashGordonMMA and past-foe, @juicyj_erosa. 👊👀https://t.co/Y9xjDLrnSW
