Jeff Molina Meets Zhalgas Zhumagulov at UFC Fight Night 211

UFC Flyweights Jeff Molina and Zhalgas Zhumagulov matchup June 4th at UFC Fight Night 211, per Iridium Sports Agency.

Jeff ‘El Jefe’ Molina earned a deserved UFC contract on Dana White’s Contender Series August 25th 2020, following a unanimous decision victory over Jacob Silva; Dana White himself remarked “I love how aggressive Molina is”. The Colombian-American made a sensational promotional debut at UFC 261, in a ‘Fight of the Night’ winning bout with Qileng Aori; Molina won the contest via unanimous decision. Training with Glory MMA & Fitness in Missouri, the 24-year-old last fought at UFC Vegas 41, earning a TKO stoppage of David da Silva 46 seconds into the second round. Holding a 10-2 professional record that includes 8-stoppages (4 KO/TKO, 4 submissions), Molina enters UFC Fight Night 211 riding a nine fight win-streak.

Having built an impressive 7-1 record with Fight Nights Global, Zhalgas ‘Zhako’ Zhumagulov made his UFC debut July 12th 2020 at UFC 251; the Kazakhstani lost the bout to Raulian Paiva via unanimous decision. Holding a 1-3 promotional record, Zhumagulov’s only victory inside the octagon is a first round submission of Jerome Rivera at UFC 264. The 33-year-old, fighting out of Aktobe, Kazakhstan, last fought at UFC Vegas 44, in a first round TKO loss to Manel Kape. Zhumagulov enters UFC Fight Night 211 holding a professional record of 14-6.
