Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter An Ho

For prospects that are looking to climb the MMA ladder with steadiness and precision, LFA is the place that feels like a home away from home. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a soldier of heated sand setting the promotion afire with military efficiency. A professional mixed martial artist since February 2022 and representing The MMA Lab under the eye of coach John Crouch, An Ho holds an undefeated 2-0 record, with both of his victories as a pro-MMA fighter coming via knockout. Ho has spent his entire professional tenure with Legacy Fighting Alliance thus far. He is 2-o under the LFA banner, with two finishes under his belt for the promotion. 100 percent of Ho’s finishes during his time in the professional ranks have come within the first round, with times of two minutes and 23 seconds and 14 seconds respectively. Ho has yet to go to the scorecards at any point during his pro career so far. He has finished 100 percent of his wins over the course of his career as a professional mixed martial artist, with each victory coming in the space of fewer then five minutes.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 124, he faced Guliherme Crossi and went on to defeat him via TKO in the first round. Then in his second outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 135, Ho knocked out Matt Barrow in round one. The victory earned Ho the second knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up back-to back victories under the LFA banner in the process along with his second straight first-round finish.   With destructive power and a fountain of youth to soak knowledge in for many a year to come, this desert tank of increasing fury is anything but a blank canvas!
