Regional promotions and hometown heroes are often joined at the hip when fighters first begin their ascent to the next stage of the MMA pyramid. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a dozer of death and mutual doom ready to blast his way to the bright light of the big leagues. A professional mixed martial artist since February 2020 and representing Glory MMA and Fitness, Mikey England owns a 7-1 record through eight bouts comprised of six knockouts and one submission. England has spent his entire tenure as a pro-MMA fighter with Fighting Alliance Championship so far and has finished all seven of his victories during his time in the professional ranks. 100 percent of England’s finishes during his career have come inside the distance. He has yet to go to the scorecards at any juncture during his pro career thus far, with a seven for seven for seven finishing rate to show for it. All seven of those finishes over the course of his career have lasted within two rounds.

In his MMA debut at FAC 2, he knocked out Johnny Pantoja in round one. England defeated Travis Ford via TKO in the second round at FAC 3. Then at FAC 4, he defeated Shaun Scott via TKO in round one. England defeated Bryan McDowell via TKO in the first round at FAC 7. At FAC 10, he defeated Tyrone Paige via TKO in round one. England defeated Zak Bucia via TKO in the second round at FAC 12 to earn his sixth knockout win as a professional.

In the main event of FAC 15, he submitted Josh Weston in round one via rear-naked choke. The victory earned England the first submission win of his professional career. With the power to end a fight in the space of a single round, this tiger has the MMA world by the tail!
