Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Logan Urban

Opportunities with limited notice are anything but new to those inside MMA circles. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a Buckeye bareback ready to shake up the system for the LFA welterweight division at LFA 139 on August 19. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2018 and representing Revolution Fight and Fitness, Logan Urban holds a 5-1-1 record through six bouts as a pro-MMA fighter comprised of three knockouts, two submissions, and a no contest. Urban appeared on week two as part of the fifth season of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2021 and has finished all five of his victories over the course of his career in the professional ranks thus far, with 100 percent of those finishes coming inside the distance. Urban has yet to reach the scorecards at any point during his time as a professional mixed martial artist so far, with a five for five finishing rate to show for it. He has also fought for numerous regional promotions in his home state of Ohio including Ohio Combat League and Blizzaro promotions.

In his MMA debut at Blizzaro Promotions Bayfront Brawl 5, he took on Brandon Odom and defeated him via TKO in the first round. Urban also defeated Jeremy Joles via TKO in round two at Bayfront Brawl 7. Then at Ohio Combat League 7, he submitted Jimmy Sandlin in the first round via rear-naked choke. Urban tapped out Ravon Baxter via rear-naked choke in round one at OCL 10 to pick up his second submission victory as a pro. Urban knocked out Antonie Blassingame in the second round in the co-main event of OCL 14 to earn his third knockout win as a professional.

In his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 139 on August 19, he will face Ryan Charlebois in a welterweight encounter. Good luck Logan!
