Across The Pond Profile: UFC fighter Adam Fugitt

Getting the call-up to the UFC and earning your keep on the roster is only half the battle in the MMA world. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a punishing pine of the Northwest ready to chop welterweights to dust as the promotion’s newest eager beaver. A professional mixed martial artist since October 2016 and representing Art Of War MMA, Adam Fugitt holds an 8-3 record through 11 bouts comprised of four knockouts, three submissions, and one decision. Fugitt fought for numerous promotions including Legacy Fighting Alliance prior to debuting with the UFC at UFC 277 in July 2022. He has finished seven out of his eight victories during his time in the professional ranks. The majority of Fugitt’s wins over the course of his career as a pro-MMA fighter have come inside the distance.

In his MMA debut at Prime Fighting 8, he defeated Amin Kajtaz via TKO in the second round. Fugitt defeated Hamza Salim via unanimous decision at Prime Fighting 9. Then at Prime Fighting 10, he defeated Tj Koehler via TKO in round one. Fugitt submitted Travis Lebrun in the second round via rear-naked choke. He tapped out Johnavan Vistante via kimura in round two at X1 Events 51 one to remember. Fugitt submitted Reno Remigio via rear-naked choke in the third round at X1 Events 54 champions 4 defenders of Hawaii. He defeated Devon Brock via TKO in round two at Pure Combat Battle for the Brave.

In his second appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance in the co-main event of LFA 125, he defeated Solomon Renfro via TKO in the first round. The win earned Fugitt the fourth knockout victory of his professional career. With all but one of his fights making onto the scorecards,  Making a mistake against Fugitt might just cause the floodgates to open a stream of tidal proportions with disastrous results!
